Internship Opportunity - Research & OSINT Analyst

Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months (part-time or full-time)

Advocacy Edge Consulting is a strategic intelligence and research consultancy specialising in open-source intelligence (OSINT), media analysis, and public affairs.

We support NGOs, think tanks, and community organisations with data-driven insights, narrative analysis, and advocacy strategy.

Our work spans foreign-language OSINT disinformation tracking, and extremism research.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Research & OSINT Intern to assist in gathering, analysing, and reporting on media and online content related to disinformation, extremism, and geopolitical narratives.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applied intelligence analysis, digital research, and communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse online media, social networks, and official statements.

• Conduct OSINT collection in multiple languages (if applicable).

• Assist in writing brief intelligence summaries and daily/weekly reports.

• Support media monitoring and database management.

• Contribute to research on antisemitism, propaganda, and foreign influence networks.

Preferred Skills

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Basic data analysis skills.

• Familiarity with social media.

• Prior knowledge of geopolitics, disinformation, or security issues (helpful).

• Comfortable using translation tools.

• Excellent written English.
